TIMELINES -

  1. Domestic Orders: If you place an order that includes both express and non-express items, they will be shipped separately. The non-express items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, while the express items will ship within 24 hours.

  2. International Orders: For orders containing both express and non-express items, all items will be shipped together within 3-5 business days.

  3. Express-Only Orders: For both domestic and international orders that consist solely of express items, they will be shipped within 24 hours.




DOMESTIC - 

  • Domestic shipping is free over Rs. 1499, else a Rs. 199 shipping fee applies.
  • International shipping is free above Rs 15,000
  • Non custom orders are typically shipped with 3-4 days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. There might be occasional delays depending on seasonality and spikes in customer demand. 
  • Orders with customisation are shipped within 7-10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@getbinks.com within 2 hours of placing the order.



INTERNATIONAL -

  • Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
  • Starting 6th November, all customs duties are prepaid for US, UK and Australia. If you are shopping from these countries you dont need to pay anything extra for delivery. For other countries, a small import duty may apply, which will get refunded back to you as store credits.
  • International orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days of shipping. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. However, at times, there can be delays subject to geographical conditions, climate, customs and other such reasons not completely in our control.
  • We ship all our International orders via UPS, FedEx, Aramex or DHL depending on the geography and tracking details for the same are provided
  • If a customer refuses to accept an order, and it is returned back to us, the custom duty paid by the logistics carrier, forward logistics charge and backward logistics charge will be deducted while before the refund. If the some of forward logistics, backward logistics and the duty paid is more than the total amount paid, then no refund will be processed in this case.
