Refund of Import Duty & Tariffs

The below is valid only for orders shipped after 30th September 2025.

To help ensure smooth and economical customs clearance, and get a refund on the customs duty paid, please go through the below instructions - 

Import Duty

Depending on your country’s regulations, some import duty may apply. We’ve prepared the shipping paperwork in a way that helps minimize your payable duty and handling costs.

Pay Duty Online to Save

If you pay the duty fee directly through the link you receive from the carrier, you’ll avoid additional charges that often apply to cash-on-delivery duty payments.

(For example, in the US, UPS typically charges an extra ~$12 iCOD fee for duty collected at delivery, which can be saved if paid online)

Brokerage Fee Savings

Many logistics providers charge a brokerage fee for customs clearance (for instance, UPS in the US charges ~$14). We’ve arranged to reduce this significantly—down to a much lower amount (e.g., under $5 in the US).

Refund of the Duty Fee

If you’d like, we’re happy to reimburse the duty paid in the form of store credits. Please pay it online as instructed above and simply email us your order number along with a screenshot of your payment receipt from the shipping carrier, and we’ll process it right away.
