Binks is different from regular online shopping platforms because of its focus on fit. Simply put, there are 3 steps to the Binks process - You pick a style you like. When you checkout, you share your photos & answer a few questions
- Our consultant calls you to discuss customisations, if you’d like any. On confirmation, you pay 50% of the price of the product.
- We deliver the perfectly fitting product within 3 days from the date of measurement. Once satisfied, you complete the pending payment for the product.
The Binks Fit Guarantee: If the final product does not fit you as desired, we will refund the entire amount or remake the product free of cost.
Everything you buy on Binks is tailor-made to your size. There are no pre-made sizes or size charts. This also enables us to customise styles to your liking - want to add pockets to that dress? Can do! Love the fabric of that sleeveless top but prefer it with sleeves? Consider it done.
We tailor every style you buy precisely to your size. Hence, we do not have standard sizes or stock in any size.
Yes, you can!
We mention the possible customisations on every product page. Depending on the product you can customise the fabric, length, neckline, cut among many other things.
You can discuss your customisations with your fitting consultant during your appointment.
We provide stitching services as well. Details can be found here.
Yes you can.
However, certain products may not look good in certain fabrics due to the texture and fall. Hence, whether your chosen product can be made in your fabric is a call that will be taken by our designer upon inspection.
The cost of the fabric will be deducted from the cost of product in case your fabric is used to make the final product.
You do have the option to switch the fabric for a design. This can be finalised when the customisations are discussed.
Your every order is protected by the Binks Fit Guarantee. In case the delivered product does not fit your measurements, we will 1) alter free of charge to make it fit, or 2) if alteration cannot help, remake the product again at no extra cost, or 3) refund the entire amount

You can cancel your order until the fitting consultation. Once the order is confirmed after taking measurements, we begin work on the custom piece immediately and the order cannot be cancelled. There is no cancellation charge until the fitting consultation.
You pay 50% of the listed price once the order has been confirmed after taking your measurements.
You pay the remaining 50% on delivery when you're satisfied with the product. Note that, in case of chargeable customisations, the price of the product will be updated after the fitting consultation, to include the extra cost.
We will share the payment links with you over email & SMS. We accept payments through all Debit Cards, Credits Cards & Net Banking.
You can view the status of your order in your Account page.
We take 7 days to deliver from the date of measurement. In case of products that involve embroidery this period may be longer and will be mentioned on the product page.
We offer express services upon request. This will be at an additional cost.
