NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Every piece that leaves our studio is a testament to dedication and passion. We ensure that each item is crafted to perfection, undergoes a thorough quality check, and is sent with a heartfelt note.

Once the Binks pieces are sold they may only be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met) unless its received in a damaged condition in which case it may be returned. 

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size, please consult our size chart/team who can guide you on which size to use. The fastest way to reach us is via email at hello@getbinks.com

Yet, on the rare occasion something isn't right, we're here to assist you in finding the ideal outfit.

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  3. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
  4. Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted
  5. The product would be picked in 2-3 days after the return or exchange request is approved
  6. Products bought during sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  7. We unfortunately do not have cancellation, return or exchange for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at hello@getbinks.com for any queries
  8. International orders do-not qualify for cancellations, returns, refunds or exchange
  9. An order once placed cant be cancelled or edited
  10. An order once exchanged cannot be exchanged again
  11. At times there can be delays in order processing due to unavoidable logistical challenges. In case the order is not shipped within 30 days of order placement, a full refund will be processed
  12. Custom duty if required to be paid for International orders is to be paid by the customer at the time of receiving the package
  13. Refunds, if any, are done within 48 hours once its been approved, are processed as store credits
  14. In case the checkout plugin is charging any delivery fee at the time of applying store credits, please reach out to our support team at by emailing us at hello@getbinks.com and they will be help resolve the same
  15. Incase you do receive a defective product or wrong item contact us immediately by emailing us at hello@getbinks.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect or product within 72 hours of receiving the product
  16. In case customer denies accepting a prepaid order, Binks will not be responsible for the package. If the order is sent back to our warehouse, we can resend it back to an alternate address of customer's choice. 
  17. Sarees and Lehenga Skirts are not eligible for return or exchanges
  18. Binks reserves the right to cancel an order and process a full refund to the customer at any point
