NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Every piece that leaves our studio is a testament to dedication and passion. We ensure that each item is crafted to perfection, undergoes a thorough quality check, and is sent with a heartfelt note. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Binks pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size, please consult our size chart/team who can guide you on which size to use.
Yet, on the rare occasion something isn't right, we're here to assist you in finding the ideal outfit.
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 72 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Courier charges during return would have to be borne by the customer.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- All accessories including but not limited to Jewelry, Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Mending Kit, Brooches, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Paintings, Buntings cannot be returned or exchanged
- Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned/exchanged.
- The products purchased on Deal of the Week Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
For products bought under combo offers
1) Exchange is possible for only for size variants.
2) In case, if the customers return even 1 of the products the offer will be voided. And the customer has to pay the full price.
- Refunds (if any) will only be in the form of store credits.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
- Raise your return request within 72 hours of receiving the shipment by writing to email@example.com
- Orders once placed, cannot be canceled
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- The amount refunded to you as store credits would be only for the products not the shipping charges
- Credit notes cannot be en-cashed later.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
- International orders do-not qualify or returns, refunds or exchange
- Raise an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted
- Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order * Shipping Address : Light & Craft Technologies Private Limited , 10A, 10th cross, 1st Stage, Peenya III Phase, Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at email@example.com
- You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
- The reverse shipping charges in the case of exchange is to be borne by the customer. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code/store credits for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code/credits while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you as credit note that could be used for next purchase.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- Exchange is possible only once. Orders once exchanged are not liable for another exchange after that.
- We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided
- Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
